    Open from early (0530am) to late (10pm) for private 1:1 and shared group training sessions

    No, we offer only personal training sessions, you can pay for 1 at a time or book a package that gets you a nice discount

    Orpington, close to Chelsfield and Petts Wood.  Free parking is available onsite too.  Served by the R9 and 353 buses. 

  • Do I have to share the gym with anyone else?

    When you book a session, the studio is for you and the trainer alone.  Your own space to have the freedom to be yourself alongside an experienced and qualified PT

  • What equipment do you have?

    Cardio, Olympic Lifting, Assault Bike, Full  Kettlebell set, Dumbells, Indoor Track and Weighted Sled, HiiT workout equipment and Heart Rate Monitoring Sensors.
